💄 1. What products do you offer?

GlamRush Beauty offers a wide range of beauty and skincare products including cleansers, serums, moisturizers, makeup essentials, tools, and self-care accessories. We carefully curate every item to ensure it delivers real results and a radiant experience.


🚚 2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within United States and few other countries. We're working on expanding our reach, so other international shipping may be available soon — stay tuned!


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Processing time is 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.


💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most of the major payment methods including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay


🔁 5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. View our full Return Policy 


📦 6. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel the order.


💥 7. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve the issue quickly.


🧴 8. Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?

We’re committed to ethical beauty. Many of our products are cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. Check individual product pages for details, or contact us if you need help finding something specific.


📬 9. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your GlamRush account to track your order status at any time.


🌟 10. Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter to get exclusive discounts, early access to product drops, and beauty tips. Look out for seasonal sales and surprise promos too!


🛍️ 11. Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save preferences, and reorder your faves faster.
