1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Include a valid proof of purchase or order number
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty/skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards or promotional items

Sale or clearance products marked as Final Sale

Personal care tools (e.g., brushes, rollers) once used
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
